PUNTA MITA, PLEASE

You know it’s a good work trip when you forget you’re working. Sure, the sunny, oceanic views of Punta Mita, Mexico, were pretty epic, but it also doesn’t hurt when you have a great crew set on capturing amazing photos for our upcoming collections. We’re talking new men’s polo shirts, shorts, t-shirts, outerwear, hats, and a whole lot more coming your way pretty soon.

Not to brag, but our villa, Casa Todo Bien, had incredible beach views and ready-made guac and chips once we arrived. After ten hours of travel, we recharged and set out the next day to shoot at Teitiare Estate in Sayulita, an insane jungle location built from the ground-up by our South African host. It was pretty amazing to trek ten acres of Mexican jungle in The Daily, our casual shoe for men built for all day comfort. And comfortable it certainly was. The Beck, our lightweight men’s short made for summer, and a few items from our Heater Series certainly came in clutch as well.

Considering how great the views were at Casa Todo Bien, we couldn’t pass up an opportunity to shoot at a five-star, modern beach front villa located on the coast of Punta Mita. Really, it was the perfect location to showcase our new men’s boardshorts, outfitted with quick-drying fabrics and comfortable, enhanced stretch.

Though our time in paradise was rapidly coming to an end, we snuck in one last great location at the W Punta de Mita, decked out in lightweight t-shirts and snapback hats. This place was a veritable explosion of textures and colors, really bringing the character and charm of Punta Minta into each snapped photo—we can’t wait to show you soon.
